01 — SERVICES

Six ways we fly for you

Every job starts with your goal, not our equipment. We fly the sensor package and flight pattern that fits the deliverable, from a single listing shoot to a full mapping survey.

REAL ESTATE

Listing photography & video

Exterior stills, cinematic walkthroughs and twilight shots that give a property its own sense of place before a buyer sets foot on the lot.

INSPECTION

Roof & property inspection

Close-range imagery of roofing, gutters and building envelopes for insurance claims, storm damage reports and pre-purchase reviews — no ladder required.

MAPPING

Orthomosaic & land survey

Georeferenced maps, elevation models and volumetric measurements for land parcels, stormwater sites and development planning.

CONSTRUCTION

Progress monitoring

Scheduled flights over a build site produce a running visual record for owners, lenders and general contractors to track against the timeline.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Critical infrastructure

Inspection flights for power lines, cellular towers, bridges and industrial sites — close-range imagery of structures that are hard or hazardous to access from the ground.

EVENTS

Aerial cinematography

Wide establishing shots and tracking footage for weddings, festivals and brand films, coordinated with venues and airspace authorizations in advance.

02 — THERMAL

NDAA compliant, military-grade FLIR radiometric thermal inspections

Radiometric imaging reads true temperature data point by point, not just visual contrast — the difference between seeing a hot spot and being able to measure it. We fly it for:

  1. 01

    Solar panel arrays

Spot failed cells, hot-spot cracking and wiring faults across an entire array in a single flight.

  2. 02

    Commercial multi-rooftop HVAC

Locate compressor and unit-level heat anomalies across large rooftop systems before they become failures.

  3. 03

    Surveillance — corporate & FDLE

Radiometric surveillance support for corporate security teams and Florida law enforcement contracts.

03 — PROCESS

From booking to delivery in three steps

Most jobs move from first call to delivered files inside a week, weather and airspace permitting.

STEP 1

Book & scope

Send the address and the deliverable you need. We confirm airspace clearance, ideal flight window and price before anything is scheduled.

STEP 2

Fly

A licensed pilot flies the site to plan — usually 30 to 90 minutes on location depending on scope, with a second pilot for larger surveys.

STEP 3

Deliver

Edited stills, video or map files land in your inbox via download link, typically within 48 hours of the flight.
